PCHS boys tennis team falls to experienced Christiansburg
Christiansburg defeated Pulaski County, 9-0 Tuesday in boys tennis.
In singles for the Cougars:
1. Camden Hite lost 2-6 0-6
2. Xander Pratt lost 1-6 2-6
3. Aaron Bennet lost 2-8 0-8
4. Mark Graham lost 1-6 0-6
5. Eli Duke lost 2-6 1-6
6. Zach Gallimore lost 3-6 3-6
In Doubles:
1. Camden/Xander lost 1-8
2. Aaron/Mark lost 0-8
3. Eli/Colin Hall lost 0-8
In an exhibition doubles match, Zach Gallimore and Ashton Paul won, 8-6.
“Playing Christiansburg is a learning opportunity. Their top player will be competitive against Blacksburg’s top player. Pulaski’s new players had some success and may have a chance next season. They also did well in the exhibition match,” said Coach Chad Graham.
