I am sorry to learn of Phyllis’ passing. She was a wonderful and caring person, Pulaski County is a better place because Phyllis dedicated her life to enriching and improving the lives of the children in our county.
I will be praying for you in the days and months ahead.

I am so sorry. Worked with Phyllis at the School Board Office 1979-1993. Was an honor to work with her. A wonderful person. So sorry and wish her family the best.

So very sorry to hear of Phyllis’s passing. Such a kind, wonderful and caring lady. Worked with her in BPW causes for many years. Francie, I truly know how much losing a beloved sister hurts. Our deepest sympathy to you and the family.
