Pulaski County Friends of the Library to Host April 5th & 6th Book Sale

Please join the Pulaski County Friends of the Library (FOL) as they kick off the spring season with a two-day sale that will take place on Friday and Saturday, April 5th and 6th at their Book Sale Store in downtown Pulaski, across the street from the Pulaski Library.  Watch for the large bookstore sign!

Special featured books this month are a 24-book, leather bound Western book set. Minimum price set at $50.  First-come, first-served!  A book collectors’ treat!

Hundreds of good used books, hardback, paperback, and children editions are available for sale.  Most hardback books sell for only $1 each, with paperback books for $.50.   Most all of your favorite authors are available for purchase. New unsold books of the late local Radford author, Jess Carr, will be given with each purchase.

The Friday sale will run from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.

The Friends of the Library are a non-profit community organization whose main purpose is to support the many activities and programs of the Pulaski County Library System.  Through the sale of used books, donated to the Friends, they are able to provide valuable financial assistance to the library system, such as the summer reading program and staff development.

The Friends are in need of your good “used” books to share in our monthly book sales.  Please consider making a book donation soon!

For additional information on the book sale or for an opportunity to donate your books, please contact Lance Hudnall, book sale coordinator at (276) 728-4626.
