Christmas Holiday Schedule

The PSA Office will be closed December 23-24 for Christmas. There will be trash collection on Dec. 23-24. Have garbage out by 7 a.m. on your pickup day. The convenience centers will be open on Dec. 23-24. They will be closed on Saturday, Dec. 25.

 

New Year’s Day Schedule

The PSA Office will be closed on Friday, December 31 for New Year’s. There will be garbage collection. The conveniences centers will be open on Dec. 31. They will be closed on Saturday, Jan. 1.

 

Dublin Town Offices will be closed

Dublin Town Offices will be closed December 23, 24, 27, and 31. Garbage scheduled to be picked up on Monday, Dec. 27 will be picked up on Tuesday, December 28.

 

December 18

Newbern Church of God to present Live Nativity scene

Newbern Church of God will host Live Nativity scene December 18 & 19, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at 527 Wilderness Rd. in Newbern. The congregation invites you to a time of reflection while viewing the Nativity. Please make plans to attend the Nativity complete with live animals. Then join the congregation for light refreshments. Bread of Life to present 2021 Christmas program

Bread of Life/Assembly of God located at 3649 Robinson Tract Rd., Pulaski will be presenting its 2021 Christmas program, “Just Doing What Jesus Would Do” on Sunday, December 19 , 3 p.m. Public is invited.

 

Mt. View United Methodist Church to present Live Nativity

A Live Nativity will be presented by Mt. View UMC on Wilderness Rd., Dublin on Sunday, Dec. 19, 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.. Drive through and be reminded of the true meaning of Christmas with the manger scene and live animals.

 

Community Cantata to Woodlawn PH Church

You are invited to Glory Touching Earth a community Christmas Cantata that will be presented at the Woodlawn PH Church on December 19, 4 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. The church is located at 3874 Oak Grove Rd., Woodlawn, Va. For more information call 276-728-2088.

The American Legion, Harvey-Howe-Carper Post 30 to meet

The American Legion, HHC Post 30 will meet on Thursday, January 6, 7 p.m. at the VFW Post Home on 102 Watts St. in Radford. Sons of the Confederate Veterans, Stuart Horse Camp 1184 to meet

The Sons of Confederate Veterans, Stuart Horse Artillery Camp 1784 will meet on Tuesday, January 11, 7 p.m. at Aly’s Family Italian Restaurant on 3204 Riner Road. Members of the United Daughters of the Confederacy (UDC) are also invited to attend. The guest speaker will be Mr. Scott Gardner of the Glencoe Museum, who will give a talk on General Gabriel Wharton.
