Pulaski County remains at 8 COVID-19 cases

According to the Virginia Department of Health’s COVID-19 website, Pulaski County continues to report only eight cases of the virus with two people hospitalized.

Six of Montgomery County’s 48 cases have resulted in hospitalizations, and one of Wythe County’s 10 cases has resulted in hospitalization.  Wythe County also has the only COVID-19 death in the area.

Floyd County is holding at 1 case, Giles County reports 4 and Radford has 1. None of the three report any hospitalizations.

Statewide, COVID-19 deaths have climbed to 324 people with 1,581 hospitalized from the state’s 9,630 cases.  Across the state 58,354 people have been tested.
