Pulaski man to be charged with grand larceny, driving under influence of drugs

Pulaski Police Chief Gary Roche reported today that, at approximately 11:30 hours, a complainant called into the Central Dispatch Center and advised that they had observed a person enter one of their vehicles at Calfee Park and drive away.

The complainant followed the vehicle and remained on the telephone line with the dispatcher to advise of the location that the vehicle was travelling.  Pulaski P. D. units located the vehicle and the suspect at the intersection of Lee Highway and Memorial Drive.  The individual was taken into custody without incident.

The subject arrested was identified as Quentin W. Collins, 36 years of age, from Pulaski.  He will be charged with Grand Larceny and Driving Under the Influence of Drugs.
