Pulaski on Main, a centerpiece of the Town of Pulaski’s Downtown Revitalization and a new Affiliate Main Street, will re-open for business on Thursday, May 17, 2018.
Located at 83 West Main Street in downtown Pulaski, Pulaski on Main contributes to economic vitality by providing support services for businesses located in the downtown area. The Pulaski on Main hours are 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday.
“Pulaski on Main plays a key role in the ongoing renaissance occurring in Pulaski,” notes Nichole Hair, Deputy Town Manager and Town staff overseeing the project. “We appreciate the groundwork laid by the Pulaski County Chamber of Commerce, who first opened the doors. We reopen Pulaski on Main with a new momentum as part of the national Main Street program, which will bring additional resources to our business community.”
The entity was originally launched by the Pulaski Chamber of Commerce in October 2016 with the support of the Town of Pulaski. Town backing continues and activities at Pulaski on Main are coordinated through a strategic communications firm, Mill Creek Creative.
“The emphasis on this next stage of work for Pulaski on Main is to increase business growth for our downtown area,” offers Catherine Van Noy, owner of Mill Creek Creative. “We are focused on our businesses as our primary customers, working diligently to tailor solutions for each one. I like to think of Pulaski on Main as an extra hand in the shop of our downtown entrepreneurs, whether we are helping connect them to business expertise, collaborative opportunities, or ways to improve their bottom lines.”
The Pulaski on Main opening coincides with a handful of events in Pulaski including the Marketplace 2018 season on Tuesday, May 15, the return of Lunch at the Depot on Wednesday, May 16, and The Pulaski Music & Merchants Festival, a downtown street fair slated for Saturday, May 19.
