Pulaski Police: Dog found in bucket in dumpster
On March 31, 2023 at approximately 11:05 am, Pulaski Police Department Criminal Investigations Division was called to assist a Pulaski County Animal Control Officer in reference to a dog found in a dumpster at Ollie’s shopping center in the Town of Pulaski.
The dog was located in the dumpster inside of a bucket with the lid on it. The dog’s legs had been taped together. The dog was rescued by a citizen who happened to hear it making noises.
The dog is currently in the care of Pulaski County Animal Control according to their Facebook page is not available for adoption at this time.
The bucket is blue with a white lid and has “Pioneer Athletics” written on it. It is believed to have contained field marking paint at one time.
The Pulaski Police Department is offering a monetary reward for any information leading to the arrest of the person or persons who committed this heinous act. Please call Detective Riddle at (540)994–8609.

so thankful someone heard the poor dog making sounds and rescued it!! there is a special place in hell for the evil person that did this…
