Pulaski Police make arrest in armed robbery

On April 17 at approximately noon, Officers from Pulaski Police Department responded to the Food Lion located in the Town of Pulaski in reference to an armed robbery that had just occurred.

It was reported that the suspect was armed with a knife.

Officers arrived on scene to discover the suspect had left. A short time later, officers were able to make contact with the suspect, Randy Festich, at Speedway gas station in the Town of Pulaski.

Festich was taken into custody without incident and is currently being held without bond at the New River Valley Regional Jail.

No one involved in the robbery was harmed.
