Radford man indicted on sex crimes
On Sept. 14 a Radford City Grand Jury indicted Phillip Bryant Foster, age 57, of Radford, Virginia on multiple indictments related to sexually related crimes.
The crimes involved multiple victims and occurred over a lengthy period of time beginning in 1994.
Mr. Foster has been indicted on the following counts:
14 counts of animate object sexual penetration of a child less than 13
12 counts of forcible sodomy of a child less than 13
12 counts of rape
8 counts of forcible sodomy
3 counts of aggravated sexual battery
7 counts of possession of child pornography

Looks so normal, right?
I haven’t a clue what’s wrong with sex offenders, especially child sex offenders, but something sure is wrong with them and I don’t believe it can be fixed, although I sure hope I’m wrong about that.

Pathetic. These people are sick individuals & they need to rot in prison. Over 24 years this has been occuring and the ONLY reason he has stopped is bc he got caught.
