The City of Radford states the missing child has been found safe in Pulaski with Mr. Bosier.

Radford City Police Department is looking for an endangered child.

Tatiana Bosier is a 5 day old female, 7 pounds, with lots of dark hair.

She is believed to be traveling with Mr. Andy Bosier, in a 2003 Four Door Beige Honda Accord, Virginia license plate XHP-7234.

Mr. Bosier is wanted on felony child neglect.
