Overview: The Town of Pulaski is soliciting proposals for the development of a prime real estate parcel located near the center of the town between Memorial Drive, Newbern Road, and Peppers Ferry Road.
The parcel consists of approximately 10.2 acres of cleared/wooded land. It has a two-tiered layout with an upper flat area and a lower flat area. There are a few park facilities located on the property that the Town will remove. The property has approximately 500 feet of road frontage along Lynwood Street. Currently, there are two access points to the property.
Primarily, the property is surrounded by residential neighborhoods. The property is currently zoned R-3 Multi-Family Residential which permits a plethora of residential uses including single-family dwellings, two-family dwellings, townhouses, apartments, and cluster housing. Commercial and civic uses are also allowed by special exception.
