Southwest Virginia Veterans Cemetery Volunteers 4th Annual Fashion Show set for April 25

The Southwest Virginia Veterans Cemetery Volunteers will hold their 4^th annual Fundraiser, A Spring Fashion Show, on Monday, April 25, 2022 at 6:30 pm at the Lion’s Club Building, Lions Club Way in Dublin.  Fashions will be provided by Ponnie’s Boutique and Gifts, Shawsville, VA. Come out early, get a good seat, the show starts promptly at 6:30 pm.

Our models are all local ladies from Dublin, Pulaski, Pearisburg, Blacksburg, Christiansburg, Radford and Roanoke.  You may be surprised to find that one

of the models may be a friend or your next door neighbor.  We know you will enjoy seeing the lovely variety of brightly colored spring apparel.  The show will feature casual, dressy and lightweight outerwear.

Refreshments will be provided by the Volunteers and door prizes will be provided by Gala Group, USA.  You don’t want to miss the homemade refreshments or the great door prizes.

If you are not familiar with “The Volunteers“ we are an all-volunteer, non-profit organizations dedicated for the purpose of supporting the Southwest Virginia Cemetery, the Veterans and their families. Our goals include the purchase and placement of wreaths on Veterans’ gravesites at the cemetery; Ambassadors who attend all Veterans funerals to insure that “No Veteran is Every Buried Alone”; obtaining tangible items to enhance and/or support the cemetery; to educate the public about the cemetery and the sacrifices made by our veterans and any other projects approved by the board of directors.
