Taking It To The Streets Ministries is moving to a new home at 235 North Jefferson Avenue in Pulaski in the former Sherwin Williams building and will be known as Taking It To The Streets Crusade, Event & Missions Center.

Along with the move comes changes to the Ministry.

“We will not have services every Friday and Saturday as it is now to allow other events throughout each month, both on- and off-site as we concentrate more on the Total Outreach Concept,” said Pastor Charlie Barbettini.

He added the ministry’s monthly schedule will continue to appear in The Patriot newspaper, on WBLB radio, their website at streets4god.com and their Facebook page.

“This will allow us to actually Take It To The Streets with our Ten-Fold Ministry, including revivals, singings, crusades, disaster relief response, monthly food / clothing events, back to school, Feed The Hungry Thanksgiving Meal, Christmas for Kids, the Warming Station and the Jail / Prison Ministry,” Barbettini said.

“We appreciate all the support that God has led people through His Holy Spirit to give to this Ministry and we pray that everyone will continue to support us as we go into another level of ministry.

“As we reconstruct the Warming Station in the new location, we have a $2,000 matching grant to start off our funding,” he said.

He added that if you would like to help with the building renovations of the sanctuary and kitchen / missions side you can send your donations to Taking It To The Streets Ministries, P.O. Box 30, Pulaski VA 24301 or by PayPal through the ministry’s website at streets4god.com.

Barbettini added they will also need laborers and volunteers to make God’s house of worship a success all for His Glory.

“We plan to be in the new location just as soon as possible,” he said, noting “for this current year of Warming Station operations we will utilize local motels and meal cards as we did last year to care for the homeless.”

“Thank you for joining together with us with your prayers, financial and volunteer support as we make this a success for the Glory of God and for Pulaski and surrounding communities,” said Barbettini.
