Timothy L. Kemp

Timothy L. Kemp, age 58 of Pulaski, died Sunday morning October 22, 2023 at his residence.  He was born on September 21, 2023, and was the of the late Aileen Donna Dalton Kemp, and he late Lewis E. Kemp.  Timmy was well known in Pulaski and admired by many.  As a child, he developed Cerebral Palsy, which permanently caused very little movement to his legs, but he never complained.  Timmy was a graduate of Pulaski County High School, class of 1983. Timmy’s family were all members or attendees of Jordan’s Chapel United Methodist Church.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother; Ronnie Lewis Kemp, who died February 3, 2020, a sister Gayle Elaine Kemp, and a niece, Lisa Dawn Kemp Edwards.

He survived by his companion fiancé of 14 years, Elizabeth “Liz” Ann Vincent: aunt; Wilma Kemp Dalton of Dubin:  Uncle; Richard and Joyce Kemp of Hiwassee.   Timmy was also survived by his loving dog Bella Mae Kemp, and five Chihuahua’s, along with many cousins.

Graveside funeral services will be held Wednesday, October 25, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at Thornspring Cemetery with the Rev. Jinny Tompkins officiating.  A brief visitation will follow the graveside service at the cemetery.
