The Town of Pulaski, Virginia is preparing to carry out public sewer infrastructure improvements through the use of Virginia Community Economic Development and Appalachian Regional Commission Grant Funds. In the implementation of this project the following job types may be available:
• Excavation, loader, and grading equipment operators
In carrying out this project, the Town of Pulaski, Virginia, its contractors and subcontractors will, to the greatest extent feasible, utilize qualified persons who permanently reside within Pulaski County, Virginia for employment and training positions.

Additionally, the following contracts and procurements will/may be made:
• Professional Architectural/Engineering services to complete the final design, surveying, permitting, and inspection process.
• Construction services for the installation of a one-million-gallon wastewater process tank, approximately 12” force main, gravity sewer pipe, a pump station, and necessary appurtenances.
The Town of Pulaski, Virginia will, to the greatest extent feasible, use businesses located in and owned by persons residing in Pulaski County, Virginia.
