Is this special called meeting on Monday, August 3, 2026 at the Pulaski County Innovation Center at 9:30AM closed to the Public for Citizens Comments or is this a meeting for Citizens Comments after their closed session?
or
Is the Board of Directors during the closed session Re: Project Goose, just considering whether or not to hold an informational public meeting in regards to data centers due to a request from Pulaski County to do so?
