Volvo contract ratification vote barely passes, fails among salary group
The fourth contract ratification vote at Volvo Trucks North America’s Dublin plant has passed, but only barely.
According to the UAW Local 2069’s Facebook page, the results of today’s vote were:
COMMON – NO 1176, YES 1193 – PASSED
HOURLY – NO 1130, YES 1147 – PASSED
SALARY – NO 54, YES 40 – FAILED
