Obituary for Mabel Lee Brookman Akers

Mabel Lee Brookman Akers, 89, of Pulaski died Friday, October 5, 2018 at home.  Born April 29, 1929, in Pulaski, she was the daughter of the late Mollie Tickle Brookman and Stuart Foster Brookman.  She was  preceded in death by her husband, Alfred Arnold Akers; two daughters, Debra Franciene Akers and Kim Akers Kingrea; eight brothers, Harvey, Lindsey, Ralph, Willie, Robert, Earl, Claude and Beverly; three sisters, Hazel, Helen and Anne.  She is survived by her daughter, Rhonda Akers Lindamood, and her husband, Gary Lindamood, of Dublin.  Also five grandchildren; Alfred, Todd, Brody, Jeremy and Cherish; two great grandchildren, Diamond and Kylie.  Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Monday, October 8, 2018 at Thomas M.
