The article was too short. These boys worked their back sides off and should be extremely proud of what they accomplished. Owen was recognized as he should be awesome player , but there others that should have been also. Eversole, Armbrister and all the others also. We are very proud of them all. Fort Chiswell does not get the respect they are due at times. If only we had about another minute I think you would have seen the outcome a little different. Go Pioneers !

Rita: We have a full story coming. That short one was just to get the score out there so people would know the outcome. We’ve been running Fort Chiswell stories all season. Maybe you haven’t seen them. And we have one coming up later today. I think we’re probably the only paper that has had stories on them that much. Why is everybody so quick to criticize the one paper that has run their stories. Makes me think maybe next year we won’t do anything.
