Middle school theater students combine forces on ‘Guys and Dolls, Jr.’
For the first time ever, Pulaski Middle School and Dublin Middle School theater students have combined their talents in the musical “Guys and Dolls, Jr.”
According to Valerie Ransbottom, Drama Director at PMS and DMS, “Students from both schools have been involved in every aspect of the production. From the choreography, directing, marketing, costumes, sets, props, lighting, concessions and more.”
“The musical is a silly, fun upbeat show. Seventy students will participate in the performance, 45 students will appear on stage, with the remaining 25 handling other aspects of the production,” said Ransbottom.
Tyler Lundy has put together an actual Mission Band and Brandy Baxter will play the piano to provide live music for the performance.
Show times are March 21 and 22 at 6 p.m. and March 23 at 2 p.m. All performances are at Pulaski Middle School, 500 Pico Terrace, Pulaski. Ticket price is $5.
