Jacqueline Nancy Russell, age 69 of Pulaski passed away Thursday, April 2, 2020 in the Pulaski Health Care Center.
Born April 8, 1950 in Williamsport, PA., she was the daughter of the late Allan Russell and Eleanor Tressler Burkhart.

I got to know Jacqueline about 8 years ago. She was a strong woman and devoted
grandmother. She loved telling stories about growing up and her struggles through
tough times. She had a remarkable attitude and never complained about her health.
I visited her in HIghland Ridge Rehab and she had a positive outlook. I will miss talking
with her and hearing her many stories.
