Emmy Lou Frazier

On the morning of January 6, 2026, the Lord called Emmy Lou Frazier home after a short battle with cancer in Augusta County, Va. Born on January 5, 1947, in Clarksburg WV, she was the daughter of the late John Glover and Irene Burnside Kegley. In 1968 she married Garry Frazier, whom she loved dearly even after his passing in 2014. Emmy & Garry began their journey together with many adventures and several businesses together, sharing 45½ years together. She proudly ran Frazier Fabrics, The Fabric Center (with Joanne Allen), ELF Alterations and The Wedding Center until 2023, when she attempted to retire but continued to sew for Mason’s Cleaners and others. There will never be another seamstress like Emmy. While never having anything done on time, she always did a wonderful job fixing whatever needed altering. Emmy was a longtime member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Pulaski where she served in many roles until she couldn’t.
Preceded by her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by her son Randal Frazier in 2019; her sister, Gwen Martin ; brother & sister-in-law, Tommy & Gaye Frazier and niece Kim Frazier.
Emmy Lou is survived by her daughter Rebekah Crotts and her husband Jimmy of Stuart’s Draft, who she loved dearly. Her brothers Edward, Charlie Glover and sister Tina DeVanna, brother&sister-in-laws Ronnie & Teresa Frazier and Kenny & Barbara Martin. She is also survived by her grandsons Kris Frazier of Pulaski, Scott Frazier of Richland and Erik Frazier who is serving at Fort Carson in Colorado. Nieces and nephews, Marc, Diane, Daniel, Olivia and Melanie. Emmy absolutely adored her two great-granddaughters Zeairah & Sabyr and wished she could’ve met Violet.
