Mark was part of our 11th street group of kids. He was my friend Randy’s younger brother and was just always around. I haven’t seen him in years but the last time we spoke he had matured into an intelligent, thoughtful and caring man. He will be sorely missed. My sincere condolences and prayers to all friends and family. Rest easy Mark. Jeff Taylor
