Martha Rebecca Williams Martin age 83, of Pulaski, Virginia, walked into the arms of her Savior on Sunday, December 14, 2025. She was greeted by many loved ones. She was the daughter of the late William Ransom Williams and the late Ruby Ellen Anderson Williams Jones. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her stepfather Frank Jones, her brothers and their wives, William Charles Williams; Frankie Larry Williams, Sr.; Twin Brother Martin D. “Marty” Williams, David Crockett Williams, Gordon Williams and Billy Houston Williams. Sisters and their husbands; Lois Louise Anderson Hoback and Roscoe “Freddie” Hoback; Edna Harlene Williams Eastburn, Katie Catherine Williams, Lacy Vivian Williams. Also preceded by her Son-in-law, Thomas Stanley Dalton, Father-in-law and Mother-in-law Lawrence D. and Frances Martin, 5 sisters-in-law and 2 brothers-in-law.
Martha spent her life devoted to her husband Glen and their children and then grandchildren. She was a member of Brush Arbor Church for just shy of 30 years. She is survived by the love of her life and husband of 60 years, Glen Alton Martin. Her daughter Cindy Marie Martin Dalton, son, Timothy “Tym” Allen Martin (Crystal), daughter Kimberly Dawn Martin Bevil (Phillip “Lee”). Her grandchildren: Cory Thomas Dalton (Sierra), Tanner Austin Martin, Nathaniel Lee Bevil (Madison), Hannah Nicole Martin, Kortney Dawn Bevil, Buckner (Barry, Jr.). 3 Great grandchildren: Tiffany Grace Quillen, Axel Lee Bevil and Rowyn Shae Bevil. Her sister-in-law Shirley Ross Willams along with several nieces and nephew’s survive. Also, special friend and niece Barbara Chrisley
Funeral services will be held Friday, December 19, 2025, at 12 noon at Brush Arbor Worship Center in Pulaski. The visitation will be Thursday night, December 18, 2025 at Brush Arbor Worship Center from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Burial will be at Isaac Banks Cemetery in Hillsville. Pallbearers will be Cory Dalton, Tanner Martin, Nathaniel Bevil, Barry Buckner, Jr., James “Bubsy” Davis, Lee Bevil, Hannah Martin, and Kortney Buckner.
