Obituary for Cherish Nicole “Nikki” Williams
Cherish Nicole “Nikki” Williams, age 37 of Pulaski passed away Friday, August 21, 2020 surrounded by her family.
Born October 6, 1982 in Radford, Virginia, she was the daughter of Rose Thomas Williams and the late Russell Warren Williams. Her grandparents, Alton & Barbara McNutt, James & Marlene Williams and cousin, Andy Ridpath also preceded her in death.
She was a faithful member of the Pulaski Church of God and was an employee with the Building Bridges Day Care for over 20 years.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM – Monday, August 24, 2020 at the Pulaski Church of God with Pastor Donald Jones officiating. A private interment will follow at the Hufford Cemetery (Mt. Olivet Road) Pulaski on Tuesday.
The family will receive friends from Monday 12:00 noon until service time at the Church.

Our dear sweet Chi Chi. I’m so thankful for the 3 years I knew you. You became part of our family almost instantly. So thankful for this spring and summer we got to spend extra special time with you. I will never let “your boy” forget you. You were his second mommy. We now have another bright burning star to lead us through the dark. Be at peace and no more suffering.
We will always love and miss you.

My heart breaks. I remember Cherish from middle school, a friend of my two daughters her age, Annabeth Miller Daly And Kate Miller Eaton…Cherish you fought a good fight, you ran the race til the end. Soar in heaven Sweet lady

I can hardly believe this! I am so very sorry! I am taken back to the summer we spent the week at Claytor Lake with all the kids. Please remember the good times she shared with you and others!

Cherish was always the kindest most caring friend you could ever ask for. This is just a silly small example of her sweet warm heart, but I remember she came to the beach on a trip with my sister and I one time. And they caught me with some silly thing that would embarrass a teenager and I thought she was gonna make fun of me. And instead she said “I get it. I would do the same thing I would feel the same way.” That moment was has always stuck with me. She always had such empathy and love for others no matter what. God rest her soul and God bless her family.

It’s the 22ed of August I really cant believe your gone I’m so devastated this was a great woman I’ve know her for many many years she use to watch my daughter and take her to church to the Williams family I’m deeply sorry for your loss my prayers go out to you God gained another beautiful angel
