Pulaski County Friends of the Library to Hold August Book Drive
The month of August has been designated as the Pulaski County Friends of the Library official “Book Drive Month.” Please share with the Friends a donation of your new and used books for their future book sales. Book donations can be delivered to either of the two Pulaski libraries. For donations of greater than two boxes, we ask that you please call the library first. The Pulaski library phone number is (540) 980-7770 and the number for the Dublin branch is (540) 674-2856. Also, for large book donations, the book store sales coordinator, Lance Hudnall, is available to assist with your book pick up. Lance’s phone number is (276) 728-4626.
The Friends provide a used book sale the first Friday and Saturday of the months of March through December at their book store across the street from the Pulaski County library in downtown Pulaski. Proceeds from the book sales go toward supporting the many activities of the library system, including the summer youth reading programs.
Your book donation will help ensure that the Friends can continue providing good, inexpensive, and entertaining reading materials for our community. Your kind support will be greatly appreciated.
