Coach's Comments
I have been unable to find another date in history on which Pulaski
County defeated Hidden Valley in Boys Tennis. But on Tuesday, we made
it happen. It was cold. It was windy. The match lasted three and a
half hours. Although everyone on the PC team contributed and cannot be
left out in any deserved praise, I need to shout out #5 Ashton Paul.
With the stress of performing in the last match on the court and the
discomfort of anti-tennis cold and windy weather, Ashton found the
courage and skill to come back from being down a set to win the second
set and a tie-breaker 3rd set to clinch the unbelievable win for
Pulaski County. He is our hero this week and has added a high point of
reflection to his senior season.
