Sarver among those appointed by new governor

RICHMOND — Prior to his inauguration on Saturday, then Governor-elect Ralph Northam on Friday announced several key appointments for senior leadership positions within his administration.

Included among those appointed was Dublin native Isaac Sarver.

Sarver will serve as Deputy Director of the Department of Conservation and Recreation.
