Frozen Fountain

Temperatures dipped into the mid- to lower-teens in these parts Tuesday night into early Wednesday morning. Awfully cold for it to be just the 13th of November. Let’s hope the cold leaves soon, allowing the fountain at Jackson Park in Downtown Pulaski to thaw. (Mike Williams photo)
