Obituary for Kathy Marie Hughett Olinger

Kathy Marie Hughett Olinger, 52, of Dublin, VA gained her wings on March 5, 2020 at her home with her soul mate, Rogelio and her family by her side.

She was born in Wythe Co. on April 23,1967.  Her parents are Daniel “Danny” and Dana Smith Hughett of Barren Springs.  She was preceded in death by her daughter, Terri Lynette Foutz; paternal grandparents, Albert & Rachel Hughett; and maternal grandparents, Estel & Dolly Gravley.

Surviving are mother, Ruby Gravley Marshall, GA; husband, Rogelio Alvarado; son, Brandon Foutz; step-son, Nemesio (Nimo) Alvarado; step-daughter, Chelli Alvarado; step-brother, John Marshall, GA; step-sisters, Samantha & Jessie, GA; grandchildren, Logan, Shelby, Zoey Foutz, Jocelyn, Jace, Cole Alvarado, Adrian, Linda Alvarado, IN; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and special aunt & friend, Phyllis Hanks.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, March 14th at 11:00 AM from the Stevens Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Mike Ingo officiating.  Special memories will be presented by Lee Bentley.  Visitation will be Saturday at the funeral home where the family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until the service hour.
